Corrugated Box Making Plant -

Our corrugated box making plant is designed for efficient production of high-quality corrugated boxes. The plant is equipped with all essential machinery and features to streamline the manufacturing process.

Raw Materials and Consumables Required:

1. Paper:

• Fluting: 90 to 180 GSM (as per carton dimensions and carrying weight).

• Medium: 120 to 350 GSM (as per carton dimensions and carrying weight).

2. Glue Powder: Starch-based glue with additives, water-soluble, mixed with a high-speed mixing tank.

3. Ink: Color shades as per printing requirements.

4. Stitching Wire: 12 x 25 SWG - galvanized/copper-coated (coil form) or PVA base synthetic glue.

5. Printing Stereo (Blocks): As per the print matter.

6. Strap/Thread: For tying bundles of cartons.

Operational Requirements:

• Manpower: 4-5 skilled operators to handle corrugation, rotary creasing, stitching, and printing machines, with helper assistance.

• Power Requirement: Approximately 50 to 70 KW (depending on machine sections).

• Factory Space:

• Working area: Approx. 1800-2000 sq. ft.

• Storage area for paper and ready boxes: Approx. 600-1000 sq. ft.

Operation Sequence:

1. Corrugation: Convert craft paper into 2-ply corrugated single facer using a corrugation machine.

2. Cutting: Perform inline cutting of the 2-ply corrugated single facer.

3. Pasting: Create 3-ply or 5-ply corrugated boards using a pasting machine.

4. Creasing: Process corrugated boards on a rotary creaser machine.

5. Slotting: Utilize an eccentric slotting machine for precise slotting.

6. Printing: Print on boards using a longway model printing machine.

7. Stitching: Side staple the corrugated boxes with a box stitching machine.
